At the heart of the therapies, what I offer is a deep commitment to trust, kindness, and your well-being, while we look into the darkness together. Whether we’re addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions or something else, evidence-based techniques are tailored to support you in achieving a more fulfilling and balanced life.

The sessions can take place either face-to-face in my office in Odense, where we create a comfortable and safe space for our work together; or online, offering flexibility and convenience while maintaining the same level of care and connection.

 

Let’s meet – a brief free introductory session to see if we’re a good fit!

I believe that there needs to be a certain chemistry between a client and therapist. To help you feel comfortable and see how you feel in my presence, I offer a free 20-minute meeting where we can introduce ourselves, and you can ask any questions you may have before deciding to begin the therapeutic process.

 

Individual sessions – the greatest gift you can give yourself!

This is your time, where together we dedicate our full effort and expertise to support your personal growth. All you need to begin is even the slightest desire for change in your life. We’ll figure out the rest together.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes long, and I recommend scheduling them at regular intervals. I tailor the therapeutic process to each individual, including the homework and challenges I suggest.

 

Couples therapy – because building a true relationship is an art and you don’t need to be alone while figuring it out.

If you two find yourselves at a dead end and no longer have the right answers to certain challenges, it might be time to invite a third person— a therapist with an objective perspective — to help unravel the complexities of the wonderful journey called partnership.

Couples therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes long, though they can be extended based on your needs. In addition to logotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I also incorporate methodologies from the Imago approach and other relevant techniques.

 

Counseling for Those Facing Infertility – An Empty Crib Does Not Necessarily Mean an Empty Heart.

After a deeply personal experience with infertility, this field became a passion of mine. While researching how cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) can assist those facing infertility for my second master’s thesis, I have continued to educate myself and work with individuals navigating this challenging situation.

Research suggests that infertility can lead to feelings of despair similar to those experienced with a terminal illness diagnosis. No one should face this kind of pain alone. Group Sessions

Throughout my career in education and counseling, I have designed, developed, and conducted numerous group workshops on various topics related to mental health, personal growth, emotional intelligence, teambuilding, and more. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. I can organize group workshops as one-time events or, in consultation with you, design them as a series of consecutive sessions. If you are looking for someone to create such workshops for your organization, I would be happy to hear from you. Working with groups is both a joy and a challenge for me, and the feedback from participants in my past projects has been truly positive and gratifying.
